SM Cares, together with SM Olongapo malls and other SM malls nationwide, successfully held the 4th SM Supermalls Nationwide Orientation on R.A. No. 11313: Safe Spaces Act.
The session gathered employees, tenants, and frontliners from SM malls across the country to raise awareness, promote respect, and strengthen shared commitment to creating safe and inclusive spaces free from gender-based sexual harassment.
In partnership with the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), SM City Olongapo Central and SM City Olongapo Downtown frontliners deepened their understanding of the Safe Spaces Act, reinforcing respect, inclusivity, and accountability in every customer interaction.
